I agree that the Half Hollow Hills Gymnastic Workshop Inc., Half Hollow Hills Central School District employees, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any injury or related medical expenses as a result of my child's participation in gymnastics. Half Hollow Hills School District is not affiliated with Half Hollow Hills Gymnastics Workshop.
